Microsurgery (free flap surgery) is a complicated technique used in many situations.  This can include breast reconstruction after mastectomy (abdominal flap, TRAM or DIEP flaps), after the removal of cancers of the limbs, or after major injuries.  

 

Dr. Purnell and his partners offer a full range of reconstructive options, including free flap and implant-based breast reconstruction.  We would be happy to discuss options for breast or body reconstruction with you.
